chuck horsman
Chuck Horsman is Sr. Manager Production Engineering, Exploration and Strategic Services at Devon Energy. He
received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Tulsa (TU) in 1981. After college Mr. Horsman worked for Cities Service and Occidental Petroleum as an operations and production engineer in the Rocky Mountain and Mid-Continent regions. He joined Devon Energy in 1991 and has held positions of increasing responsibility including Engineering and Operations manager roles in the Permian Basin and Rocky Mountain regions. Mr. Horsman serves as the Sr. Manager of Operations Excellence for Devon Energy. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and serves as a member on TU's McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
